Savoury, light, dry and textural.
Warm temperatures, fertile sandy soils and good water supply; perfect conditions for Tempranillo. The fruit is old pressed immediately with minimal skin contact; free run juice is settled and racked into older oak barrels for fermentation; no lees stirring and no malolactic fermentation.
Vegan.
