The cooler ripening conditions of the 2019 vintage were the perfect fit in our desire to create a crisp, refreshing style of Rose. Crafted in homage to the lighter, savoury styles of the famous Rose of Southern France, this wine blends the flavours of delicate rose petal, subtle cherry notes and a hint of savouriness on the finish with cleansing zesty acidity, making it an excellent accompaniment to a large range of lighter food dishes.
