- Aroma: Oatmeal, mango, pear, white peach and a subtle jasmine/floral lift.
Palate: Rich, sweet and far too easy to swallow. Delicately balanced structure that retains its freshness despite its obvious ripe and lush character.
Very drinkable young but will certainly improve with age. Between 5 – 10 years would be ideal drinking.
- A late hand-pick was made, with the aim of selecting raisined berries and noble rot bunches. Fermentation occurred over an extended period in old oak vessels.
- Vertical shoot positioning, shoot and bunch thinning to restrict yield.
Open canopies with high bunch exposure to sunlight.
