🍷 Appearance
Pale straw with fresh green hues. Bright and youthful in the glass, with excellent clarity and vibrancy.

👃 Aromas
Lifted aromas of citrus and white stone fruit, with subtle oak spice and a gentle savoury complexity adding depth and interest.

👅 Palate
Medium-bodied and generously flavoured, with white peach, citrus and fresh stone fruit at the core. Excellent fruit intensity is balanced by bright acidity and restrained oak, creating a fresh yet satisfying palate.

🍈 Texture & Finish
Nicely textured through the mid-palate, with time on yeast lees contributing extra mouthfeel and complexity. The finish is soft, fresh and well balanced, with lingering citrus and stone fruit.

🍇 Overall Style
A textbook modern Hunter Valley Chardonnay combining generous fruit, freshness and subtle oak complexity. Fermentation in stainless steel and French oak barriques, without malolactic fermentation, preserves the wine’s freshness while adding texture.

🍽️ Food Pairing
Excellent with grilled fish, roast chicken, scallops, creamy seafood risotto, chicken pie or light pasta dishes. Its balance of fruit, texture and acidity makes it particularly versatile at the table.

⭐ BBD Verdict
A beautifully balanced Hunter Valley Chardonnay with fresh citrus and white stone fruit, subtle oak spice and excellent mid-palate texture. Generous without being heavy, fresh without being lean—an extremely drinkable Chardonnay with plenty of character.
