🍷 Appearance
Deep ruby to near-black with a dark crimson edge. Rich and intense, showing excellent colour depth.

👃 Aromas
Classic Clare Valley Cabernet, with blackcurrant, cassis and dark plum leading the way. Layers of tobacco, cedar, dried herbs and a touch of choc-mint and spice add complexity.

👅 Palate
Medium to full-bodied and generously flavoured. Blackcurrant and dark berry fruits dominate, supported by savoury notes of black olive, tobacco and subtle oak spice. Well-balanced with good fruit weight and structure.

🍈 Texture & Finish
Fine-grained tannins provide structure without heaviness. The finish is smooth and persistent, with lingering cassis, cedar and earthy herbal notes.

A classic Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon—structured, fruit-driven and savoury. The 2019 vintage shows excellent balance, with ripe fruit, fresh acidity and solid ageing potential.
