Bright pale gold with a gentle deepening hue from bottle age. Still vibrant, with clarity and richness in the glass.

Layered and evolving, showing ripe white peach, nectarine and baked apple.
Secondary notes of lemon curd, almond pastry and subtle brioche emerge, alongside flinty mineral complexity and a light savoury edge from lees influence.

Medium to full-bodied, delivering concentrated stone fruit, citrus and grapefruit peel.
Beautifully balanced between richness and freshness, with a creamy, textural mid-palate driven by extended lees contact in concrete egg fermentation.

Silky and layered, with a signature chalky minerality and gentle phenolic grip.
The finish is long and refined, showing saline notes, citrus zest and lingering nutty complexity.
