Delicately textured and finely boned, with a wonderful combination of citrus intensity, minerality and brine-like freshness. The finish is long, clean and persistent, with a fine talc-like character adding further sophistication.

Refreshing and impressive now, yet with the structure to develop additional complexity with careful cellaring.
