Bouquet – Rich youthful aromas of raspberry and blackcurrants backed by subtle herbaceous characters.
Palate – Bold, bright delicious red fruit flavours of red cherry and cranberry. These translate to a medium-bodied, intense, beautifully balanced, and framed palate.
Soft tannins from the French oak provide structure and texture. A medium bodied, delicious red wine with length, savouriness, and complexity.

Winemaking – Cabernet Franc fruit was crushed and destemmed into a closed fermenter where it underwent 2-3 pump overs a day until the end of ferment. Ferment was pressed and allowed a light settle before being racked to new and seasoned French oak for 15 month barrel maturation.
