Appearance

Bright pale straw with shimmering lemon-gold highlights, showing clarity and youthful brilliance. The colour reflects careful winemaking and the cool maritime climate that defines Tasmania’s premium Chardonnay style.

Aroma (Nose)

Complex and expressive aromas unfold in the glass. White peach, ripe nectarine and lemon zest lead the bouquet, supported by notes of grapefruit, citrus blossom and green apple. Subtle layers of toasted hazelnut, cashew, vanilla and delicate brioche emerge from barrel fermentation and maturation, adding depth and sophistication.

Palate

Rich yet beautifully controlled. Concentrated flavours of stone fruit, lemon curd and ripe citrus fill the palate, complemented by hints of grilled nuts, subtle butteriness and light spice. The wine shows excellent fruit purity and integration of oak, creating both power and finesse.

Structure

The Reserve selection displays impressive balance and refinement. Bright Tasmanian acidity provides freshness and precision, while the palate carries a creamy, textured mouthfeel from lees contact and barrel maturation. The structure is layered and elegant rather than heavy.

Finish

Long, complex and persistent with lingering citrus, white peach, toasted nut and subtle mineral notes, finishing clean and refined.
