🍷 Appearance
Deep ruby red with vibrant crimson hues. Bright and beautifully concentrated in the glass, reflecting the intensity and quality of this limited-production Reserve Pinot Noir.

👃 Aromas
Highly perfumed and immediately captivating, with dark cherry and ripe red berries complemented by chocolate and sweet spices of nutmeg and cinnamon. Subtle roasted hazelnut notes add further complexity and sophistication.

👅 Palate
Rich, concentrated and beautifully balanced, delivering succulent cherry and red berry fruit with impressive purity. There is excellent juiciness through the mid-palate, supported by savoury spice, subtle oak and a fine structural backbone.

🍈 Texture & Finish
Silky and refined yet with impressive depth and structure. Fine tannins frame the concentrated fruit beautifully, while fresh acidity provides balance and energy. The finish is long and persistent, with lingering dark cherry, spice and subtle savoury complexity.

🍇 Overall Style
A serious and beautifully composed Tasmanian Pinot Noir combining concentration with elegance and finesse. The Reserve is produced through a rigorous barrel selection, with the 2024 release representing only around 10% of production and approximately 220 dozen made.

🍽️ Food Pairing
Perfect with roast duck, venison, lamb loin, pork belly or wild mushroom dishes. Its combination of rich fruit, fine tannins and savoury complexity also makes it an excellent partner for Tasmanian salmon and soft cheeses.

An outstanding Reserve Pinot Noir with genuine depth, complexity and elegance. Dark cherry, red berries, chocolate and exotic spice combine with silky texture and fine structure to deliver a beautifully complete wine. Delicious now, but with the balance and concentration to reward careful cellaring. A premium Tasmanian Pinot Noir worthy of its Reserve status.
