This vineyard blend of altitude, soil and vine age has created a wine with great depth, celebrating Sangiovese’s distinct soft aromatic varietal character. The characteristic notes of dark baked cherries, blackberries and dry savoury tannins come to the fore. It’s origins extend from Italy where it reaches the height of its power in wines such as Chianto Classico and the Super Tuscan blend of Sangiovese Cabernet.
