VARIETALS: SHIRAZ
REGION: CENTRAL RANGES
In 1858 Adam and Katherine Roth established a beautiful vine growing property and winery known as Rothview, now Craigmoor, which remains one of Australia’s oldest still standing wineries. Roth was one of a number of German ‘vine dressers’ brought to Australia by William Macarthur as skilled labour for his vineyard, the first winery in the country. Circa 1858 celebrates over 150 years of Australian winemaking tradition with a refreshing take on our most modern styles.
