In 2020 we suffered the catastrophe of losing our entire crop to smoke taint, a consequence of severe drought and the worst bushfire season in living memory. Generous friends came to our rescue with clean fruit from regions outside New South Wales.Â
The fruit for this crunchy, bright, white peach and citrus edged Chardonnay came to us from the Waterton Hall vineyard on the Tamar River in Northern Tasmania through the good offices of Jeremy Dineen at Josef Chromy wines.Â
