Medium-bodied with bright fruit, smooth tannins and a balanced, textural mouthfeel. Matured for around 7 months in older French oak puncheons, allowing the fruit to remain the focus.

Smooth and savoury with lingering raspberry fruit, spice and gentle earthy notes, finishing balanced and elegant.

A classic Barossa GSM blend combining Grenache’s bright red fruit, Shiraz richness and Mataro savoury depth. Fruit is sourced from Elderton’s Greenock vineyard, producing a vibrant yet structured Rhône-style Barossa red that drinks well now or can cellar for 5+ years.
