Planted in 1912 and lovingly farmed for over a century, the Mount Edelstone vineyard is no stranger to greatness. The 2021’s a vintage with its own gravitational pull. Described by critics as both “a stunner” and “superb,” this release blends history, harmony and brooding complexity in a way that few vineyards on Earth can match.

This is Shiraz from ancient soils, produced by one of Australia’s most respected wine families. Deep Eden Valley roots mean balance comes naturally, rich plum, graphite, dark cherry and spice are all here, wrapped in velvet tannins and lifted by cool mineral freshness.
It’s both serious and welcoming. Decadent, but composed. A wine that walks with quiet authority and speaks fluently in age-worthy grace. You could drink it now (and it’d be glorious), but give it a few years and you’ll be rewarded in spades.
