🍷 Appearance

Deep crimson to inky purple in the glass with vibrant ruby edges. The colour shows excellent depth and concentration typical of Barossa Valley Shiraz.

Expressive aromatics of macerated plum, boysenberry and black cherry lift from the glass. Layers of spice, purple florals and hints of chocolate and ironstone add complexity while well-integrated oak sits subtly in the background.

Rich and fruit-driven with flavours of ripe blackberry, plum and dark cherry flowing across the palate. Mid-palate layers reveal dark chocolate, savoury spice and gentle earthy undertones, delivering classic Barossa Shiraz intensity.

Medium-to-full bodied with fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity. Oak maturation adds structure and polish while allowing the dark fruit core to remain the focus.
