🍷 Appearance

Deep crimson to vibrant purple in the glass with excellent colour intensity. The wine shows richness and depth while maintaining a bright youthful vibrancy.

👃 Aroma (Nose)

Perfumed and expressive with aromas of plum, blackberry and boysenberry. Layers of violets, white pepper and exotic spice unfold, with hints of dark chocolate, cocoa and subtle oak complexity.

👅 Palate

Rich yet elegant with flavours of black cherry, plum and dark berries flowing across the palate. Mid-palate layers reveal spice, cocoa and savoury undertones, creating depth while maintaining refinement and balance.

⚖️ Structure

Medium-to-full bodied with silky tannins and bright acidity. The wine shows excellent balance between ripe fruit, subtle oak and refined structure, giving it both power and elegance.

🔚 Finish

Long and smooth with lingering dark berry fruit, gentle spice and chocolate notes. The finish is polished and persistent with excellent length.

An elegant counterpart to Hentley Farm’s powerful “The Beast” Shiraz. Sourced from one of the estate’s cooler vineyard blocks and co-fermented with a touch of Viognier, The Beauty emphasises fragrance, finesse and refined structure while still delivering classic Barossa Shiraz depth.
