Rich and concentrated, with layers of blackberry, plum and blueberry supported by dark chocolate and earthy characters. Excellent fruit intensity is balanced by freshness, giving the wine impressive weight without becoming heavy.

🍈 Texture & Finish
Medium to full-bodied with supple, beautifully integrated tannins. The texture is polished and generous, leading to a long, persistent finish with lingering dark fruit, chocolate, spice and savoury notes.

🍇 Overall Style
A refined expression of Barossa Shiraz, combining richness and concentration with elegance and freshness. The fruit comes from old vineyards across Krondorf, Marananga, Ebenezer, Moppa and Eden Valley, with 65% Barossa Valley and 35% Eden Valley fruit. It was matured for 15 months in French oak, including 25% new fine-grain hogsheads.

Excellent with slow-roasted lamb shoulder, grilled rib-eye steak, beef short ribs, venison, rich casseroles or mature hard cheeses.

An impressive Barossa Shiraz with generous dark berry and plum fruit, beautifully judged spice and dark chocolate complexity. Supple tannins and excellent freshness give the wine balance and finesse, while the long finish suggests excellent cellaring potential. A rich, polished and seriously satisfying Shiraz.
