Deep ruby with vibrant crimson and purple hues. Bright and youthful in the glass, showing excellent depth and concentration.

Lifted and beautifully perfumed, with blackberry, blueberry and dark cherry supported by violet, cracked black pepper and fragrant spice. Subtle savoury, earthy and oak characters add complexity.
👅 Palate
Medium to full-bodied, with concentrated blackberry, dark plum and blueberry fruit. Pepper, spice and savoury notes build across the palate, complemented by finely integrated oak and excellent natural freshness.
🍈 Texture & Finish
Elegant and finely structured, with polished tannins and vibrant acidity providing balance and length. The finish is persistent and savoury, with lingering dark fruit, black pepper and spice.

A refined and expressive cool-climate Shiraz combining concentrated dark fruit with perfume, spice and savoury complexity. Elegant and beautifully balanced, with impressive structure and definition.

🥂 BBD Verdict
A sophisticated Canberra District Shiraz with excellent depth, balance and finesse. Dark berry fruit, violets, pepper and savoury spice combine beautifully with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Impressive now, with the structure and concentration to develop further with careful cellaring.
