🍷 Appearance
Deep red with vibrant purple hues. Bright and youthful in the glass, showing good colour depth and intensity.
👃 Aromas
Lifted and expressive, with ripe cherry and redcurrant leading the nose. Delicate violet notes add an attractive floral character and extra complexity.
👅 Palate
Elegant yet generous, delivering flavours of cherry, plum and soft red berries. A gentle savoury edge and violet character add depth while retaining the smooth, approachable nature of Merlot.
🍈 Texture & Finish
Medium-bodied with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel and fine, gentle tannins. The finish is soft and lingering, with dark fruit, subtle spice and floral notes.
🍇 Overall Style
A modern Australian Merlot—soft, fruit-driven and extremely approachable. Generous fruit and supple tannins make this an easy-drinking red with enough structure and character to remain interesting. The 2024 release is listed at 13.5% alcohol.
🍽️ Food Pairing
Excellent with pasta in rich tomato sauce, roast chicken, lamb dishes, mushroom-based meals or slow-cooked beef. It is particularly well suited to richly flavoured pasta dishes.

A seriously enjoyable Merlot with plenty of ripe cherry and plum fruit, attractive violet notes and beautifully soft tannins. Smooth, generous and extremely drinkable—a crowd-pleasing red that works equally well at the dinner table or in a mixed dozen.
