Deep red with vibrant purple edges. Rich and youthful in the glass, showing excellent colour depth and intensity.

Lifted and expressive, with ripe plum, blackberry and red berry fruits. Subtle white pepper and spice add an attractive cool-climate character.

👅 Palate
Elegant and beautifully balanced, delivering generous plum and dark berry flavours with a distinctive touch of white pepper. The fruit is ripe and generous without becoming heavy, giving the wine excellent drinkability.

🍈 Texture & Finish
Medium-bodied with a smooth, velvety texture and fine tannins. The finish has good length, with lingering plum, berry fruit and gentle peppery spice.

🍇 Overall Style
An elegant Australian Shiraz with a cool-climate influence—fruit-driven, smooth and approachable. Ripe dark fruits, peppery spice and velvety tannins combine in a very easy-drinking style.

🍽️ Food Pairing
Excellent with roasted or barbecued red meats, slow-roasted lamb, grilled steak and hearty pasta dishes. Particularly well suited to spiced Moroccan lamb.

A seriously enjoyable Shiraz offering ripe plum and berry fruit, attractive white pepper and a lovely velvety texture. Soft, flavoursome and extremely easy to drink—an excellent choice for either a straight or mixed dozen.
