This red blend Rose out of the Loire is a dry, light-bodied number, and shows strawberries, cranberries and a touch of crushed leaf on the nose. The palate is dry and easy going, with bold fruity flavours in the red berry spectrum, gentle tannins, and a smooth, soft finish that will have you reaching for another glass. Excellent with poached salmon, or even a piece of barbequed chicken.
