See Saw is the only brand in the Orange region to have planted Prosecco (Glera) and we are so glad we did! The vines love this terroir and cool climate as much as our customers love our Prosecco.

Grape variety | 100% organic prosecco

Vegan  |  Yes

Winemaking | The fruit was pressed straight from the vineyard with only the free run portion retained. Cold settled and fermented cool at 10 degrees celsius in tank. Made in the Charmat method of sparkling production the style favoured by many Prosecco producers. 

Colour | A generous bead of bubbles with a soft pale straw hue.

Aroma | Freshly and lively hints of Nashi Pear and Jasmine.

Palate | Soft on the palate with a sherbet like acidity that finished crisp and refreshing with a touch of complexity.

Food matches | Enjoy with prosciutto, stuffed mushrooms, creamy sauces, almonds, seafood, fried fare, spicy Asian dishes. Also excellent with pastries, biscuits, cakes and other sweet things.
