Nectarine, white peach and citrus aromas, with attractive creamy vanillin oak.

Seafood paella or goat’s fetta, nashi pear & rocket salad.
The fruit was selected from premium Yarra Valley vineyards. After inoculation with a selected yeast strain the juice was fermented on French oak. The wine was then aged on yeast lees to increase complexity and palate texture, before blending, stabilising and bottling.
