Winemaker Notes

Grapes underwent harvest in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and quality. Cool fermentation in stainless steel occurred for individual batches, with subsequent lees stirring to enhance palate length and roundness. Following this, blending and stabilisation took place, with the wine remaining on lees, then undergoing filtration prior to bottling.
