A wine that can vary in style and flavour depending on where and how the grapes have been grown, Montalto’s take on Pinot Gris has always been to create a wine of individualistic character with unique textures and bouquets. At a glance, Pinot Gris is a dry, medium to full-bodied wine that delivers fruity flavours such as apple, pear and melon. The fruit for our range of Pinot Gris has been sourced from three of our vineyards along the peninsula; Main Ridge, Red Hill and Tuerong. This means  our Pinot Gris selection is fresh, intensely aromatic and vigorously complex. Pairing delicately blended medleys of intensely fragrant fruits such as Beurre Bosc pear, Nashi Pear and lemon sherbet with special notes such as rose petal, liquorice root, apple blossom, oatmeal and almond paste, Montalto’s Pinot Gris delivers expressive yet individualistic flavour.
