🍷 Appearance
Pale straw with bright green-gold hues. Clear and vibrant in the glass, displaying the freshness and purity typical of cool-climate Tasmanian Chardonnay.

👃 Aromas
Fresh and refined, with white peach and delicate stone fruit complemented by lightly toasted nuts, cedar and subtle savoury notes.

👅 Palate
Fresh and lively, with white peach and citrus fruit supported by savoury complexity and a distinct mineral character. Fine natural acidity provides excellent drive, balance and precision.

🍈 Texture & Finish
Beautifully balanced and finely textured, with lees maturation contributing depth and mouthfeel. The finish is long, crisp and refreshing, with lingering stone fruit, minerality and lightly toasted nutty characters.

An elegant cool-climate Chardonnay from Tasmania’s Coal River Valley. Made from 100% sustainably grown Chardonnay and matured on lees for 10 months, it combines pure fruit, fresh acidity and subtle savoury complexity in a refined, balanced style.

🍽️ Food Pairing
Excellent with Tasmanian scallops, grilled fish, roast chicken, seafood risotto, creamy pasta dishes or soft cheeses. Its fresh acidity also makes it an excellent partner for richer seafood dishes.
