Beautifully perfumed and expressive, with vibrant blueberry and forest fruits complemented by lavender, nutmeg and freshly cracked black pepper. Subtle savoury spice adds further complexity and interest.

Medium-bodied and wonderfully composed, with blueberry, blackberry and dark forest fruits flowing across the palate. Pepper, nutmeg and savoury spice provide complexity, while fresh acidity keeps the fruit lively and beautifully balanced.

🍈 Texture & Finish
Silky and refined, with fine, supple tannins providing gentle structure. The finish is long and persistent, with lingering dark berries, lavender, pepper and savoury spice.

🍇 Overall Style
An elegant cool-climate Syrah from a single vineyard at Kuitpo in the Adelaide Hills. Naturally fermented with 15% whole bunches and matured for 16 months in French oak barriques, it combines aromatic intensity with finesse and savoury complexity.

Excellent with roast lamb, duck breast, grilled venison, chargrilled beef, mushroom dishes or mature hard cheeses. Its medium body and savoury spice make it particularly versatile at the table.
