Fresh and lifted, with white flowers, apple blossom and vibrant lemon and lime citrus. Subtle notes of crisp green apple and citrus zest add further aromatic definition.
👅 Palate
Crisp, precise and beautifully focused, showing Granny Smith apple, freshly squeezed lime and lemon zest. The fruit is bright and concentrated, driven by lively natural acidity that gives the wine excellent energy and balance.
🍈 Texture & Finish
Light-bodied and finely structured with a clean, mouth-watering texture. Zippy acidity carries the citrus and green apple flavours through to a long, pristine and refreshing finish.

A classic cool-climate Canberra District Riesling—pure, vibrant and beautifully defined. Its combination of citrus intensity, crisp apple and refreshing acidity makes it particularly appealing while young.
