This Riesling from Larry Cherubino is a multi-vineyard, single-region wine showcasing the climate and geography of the Great Southern. Small grape bunches, mostly from 25+ year-old vines planted in the Porongurup and Frankland River sub-regions, are harvested at night then carefully de-stemmed and sorted to eliminate all but the best berries. The end result is a wine that combines textural interest with clear, intense Riesling fruit purity.
