Lifted and aromatic. Fresh lime, lemon zest and citrus blossom lead, with hints of jasmine, chamomile and white peach.
Subtle mineral notes add purity and classic Eden Valley character.

Intense, pure and beautifully focused. Flavours of lemon rind, lime and white stone fruit drive the palate, supported by crisp natural acidity.
There is excellent balance, with a fine mineral thread providing precision and structure.

The finish is long and refreshing, with lingering citrus, minerality and a zesty, mouth-watering acidity.
