Vibrant red garnet hues
Rich and slightly plummy in character, with persistent aromas of ripe red berries, and hints of fine chocolate and vanilla from the oak.
A medium weighted style structured to show off the berry flavors that underpin the complex but subtle palate. This is a mid- weighted wine with good depth of fruit, great vibrancy, and a wonderful balance. The elegant oak tannins and natural acidity combine to provide a beautifully long, lingering finish.
The wine was matured in French oak for a 10-month period before bottling. A pleasure to drink now yet will continue to evolve over the next seven to eight years.
