Lifted aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and mulberry layered with bay leaf, dried herbs and subtle cedar oak. Hints of graphite, tobacco leaf and spice add further complexity.

Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, delivering flavours of cassis, dark cherry and ripe blackberry. Fine Cabernet structure is supported by notes of cinnamon spice, cedar, earthy complexity and well-integrated oak. The fruit is precise, elegant and expressive.

Silky, ultra-fine tannins provide excellent structure while fresh acidity keeps the wine focused and vibrant. The finish is long, polished and persistent, carrying dark fruit, savoury herbs and subtle oak spice.
