The vineyards elevated position, cool nights and warm days during the harvest period, has defined the wines elegance, flavour ripeness and distinctive regional and varietal characters, in this highly prized Clare Valley Cabernet.
Matching new technologies with traditional vinification techniques such as basket pressing, ageing each separate parcel in a combination of new and more seasoned French oak casks for sixteen months and bottling the final cuvee both unfined and unfiltered has given the wine additional complexity and cellaring potential.

Multilayered and intense, with attractive flavours of cherries and blackberries, subtle leafiness and hints of emerging cigarbox combining on the nose, further enhanced by smoky oak char.
