Appearance

Bright deep ruby with crimson hues, showing excellent clarity and vibrancy. The colour suggests concentration while maintaining the elegance typical of cool-climate Tasmanian Pinot Noir.

Aroma (Nose)

Complex and perfumed aromatics rise from the glass. Black cherry, dark raspberry and wild strawberry dominate, complemented by layers of violet, rose petal and subtle spice. Savoury notes of forest floor, dried herbs and earthy undertones add depth, while carefully integrated oak contributes hints of cedar, clove and light toast.

Palate

Refined and beautifully structured. Concentrated flavours of dark cherry, raspberry and cranberry flow across the palate, supported by savoury elements of mushroom, spice and subtle earthy complexity.
