Bright mid-density crimson to deep ruby colour with youthful purple hues. The wine shows clarity and depth, reflecting the concentration of fruit from the low-yielding Graveyard vineyard Shiraz vines.
👃 Aroma (Nose)
Complex and perfumed with aromas of black cherry, dark plum and blackberry. These rich fruit notes are layered with cracked black pepper, Indian spice, subtle floral tones and hints of charcuterie and earth — classic signatures of premium Hunter Valley Shiraz.
👅 Palate
Medium-to-full bodied with impressive depth and precision. Flavours of black cherry, damson plum and bramble fruit flow across the palate, complemented by spice, mocha and subtle savoury undertones. The wine shows concentration while maintaining elegance and freshness.
⚖️ Structure
Beautifully balanced with silky, finely structured tannins and vibrant acidity that gives the wine excellent structure and longevity. The texture is supple yet powerful, delivering the hallmark finesse of Graveyard Shiraz.
🔚 Finish
Long, layered and persistent with lingering dark fruits, peppery spice and savoury complexity. The finish is refined and harmonious, suggesting excellent cellaring potential.
