A cooler vineyard, excellent gravelly Karri loam soils make our Malbec produce low yielding, distinctive and intensely powerful fruit. Open fermented and pressed into 2nd and 3rd use French oak barriques for malolactic fermentation and maturation 15 months.
Vegan.
