Elegant and highly aromatic, with white flowers, orange blossom, Pink Lady apple and quince layered with fresh citrus. Subtle notes of honey, beeswax and vanilla add complexity and richness.

Gracefully structured and beautifully balanced, combining dried pear, fig and a touch of mango with lemon curd and gentle brioche characters. Bright natural acidity and fine minerality provide freshness and definition, while subtle oak contributes depth without overwhelming the fruit.

🍈 Texture & Finish
Textural and refined, with fine phenolic grip and impressive length. The 74% Sauvignon Blanc and 26% Semillon blend delivers both freshness and weight, finishing savoury, citrus-driven and persistent. Six months in oak, including 58% new barriques, adds further complexity and structure.
