Textural and beautifully structured, delivering grapefruit, lemon and pomelo alongside stone fruit and hints of fig. A fine line of minerality and vibrant acidity runs through the wine, with barrel influence adding layers of spice and complexity.

Silky and layered with a creamy yet controlled mouthfeel. The finish is long and persistent, showing citrus, subtle oak, savoury spice and a refined mineral edge.

A premium Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon—complex, textural and built with intent. Less about overt varietal character and more about structure, balance and layered winemaking, with excellent cellaring potential.
