Rich and structured with flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, intertwined with dark chocolate, baking spices and savoury notes such as dried sage. The fruit intensity is powerful yet refined.

Long and persistent with lingering black fruit, cassis, spice and cedar, finishing powerful yet balanced with impressive length.
🍇 Overall Style
A flagship single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Elderton’s historic Ashmead block planted in 1944 at Nuriootpa. The wine combines Barossa richness with classic Cabernet structure and is built to age gracefully for 15–20 years or more.
