Deep crimson with vibrant purple hues and impressive colour density, reflecting the concentration typical of fruit from very old Barossa vines.

👃 Aromas (Nose)

Powerful and complex aromas of blackberry, plum and dark cherry, layered with notes of dark chocolate, mocha, licorice and baking spices, alongside hints of cedar and roasted coffee bean from oak maturation.

👅 Palate

Rich and opulent with flavours of blackberry compote, mulled plum and ripe black fruits, complemented by spice, cocoa, dark chocolate and subtle earthy notes. The fruit intensity is dense yet refined, showing both power and finesse.

⚖️ Structure & Balance

Full-bodied with firm, fine-grained tannins and impressive depth, matured for around two years in French and American oak. The structure is powerful yet polished, allowing the concentrated fruit to remain balanced and harmonious.

✨ Finish

Long, persistent and layered with ripe berries, spice and cedar, finishing with great length and Barossa intensity.
