Fruit for this wine was sourced from our vineyards in the south-west of Western Australia. Blackberry, bay leaf and red earth with fine and velvety tannins. matured in French oak for 8 months.
Inky purple. Classic Cabernet aroma of blackcurrant. The wine is medium bodied with primary flavours of blackcurrant and bay leaf, layered with secondary cedar and chocolate. Velvety soft tannins and a long finish.
Enjoy this wine now or in 5 years time as the wine matures and develops in depth and flavour.
