VINEYARDS:
Wine obtained from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in vineyards exposed to the sunlight, mainly with south-east exposure. The soil is rich of iron with a base of marlstone.
VINIFICATION:
Vinification in white. The grapes are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation with maceration of the grape skins in steel autoclaves under controlled temperature at 20°-22°C. for few hours. Refinement in steel.

Alcohol content: 13.00% vol.
Total acidity: 5.60 g/l
Residual sugars: 3.7 g/l
Ph: 3.21
CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: pale yellow colours
Bouquet: fruity, intense and elegant with clear notes of white peach, mango and flowery notes;
Taste: dry, well-balanced with a pleasant finish.
FOOD MATCHES:
Ideal for all dishes, it perfectly accompanies pasta dishes, vegetables and fish. Perfect as aperitif.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Serve at 8-10°C.
