🍷 Appearance
Midnight black to inky purple in the glass with a luminous crimson rim. The colour is dense and concentrated, reflecting the intensity of fruit from old Barossa Valley vines.

Intense aromas of blackberry, cassis and ripe plum leap from the glass. Layers of cedar, vanilla, spice and espresso intertwine with hints of dark chocolate and black olive, creating a powerful yet complex bouquet.
👅 Palate
Full-bodied and richly layered with flavours of black plum, blackberry and dark cherry. The palate reveals notes of mocha, nutmeg and clove with savoury undertones, delivering both richness and freshness.
⚖️ Structure
Powerful yet refined with fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity. The wine is matured for around 16 months in new oak hogsheads (mostly French), giving structure while maintaining fruit purity.
🔚 Finish
Long, mouth-filling and persistent with lingering dark berry fruit, licorice and espresso notes. The finish is firm, structured and built for long ageing.
