The palate is opulent while still being restrained by the fine natural acidity and nutty, spice, savoury characters from the oak. The flavours are a complex mix of mouth-watering citrus, apple, pear, stone fruit, vanilla oatmeal biscuit, crème brûlée, and caramel cashews. Enjoy with grilled fish or white meats.
