Lifted and expressive, with ripe dark plum, blackberry and red berry fruit complemented by varietal spice, liquorice and subtle savoury notes. Hints of fennel, graphite, cedar and finely integrated French oak add complexity.

Rich, generous and beautifully structured, delivering concentrated flavours of dark plum, blackberry, blackcurrant and raspberry. Layers of liquorice, spice, mocha and dried herbs provide complexity, while fine French oak supports the fruit without dominating.

Full-bodied with a plush, supple texture and fine, slightly chalky tannins. Fresh acidity provides balance and definition, leading to a long, juicy and persistent finish with lingering dark fruit, spice and savoury characters.
