🍷 Appearance
Deep brick red with rich crimson hues. Dense and vibrant in the glass with excellent colour depth.

👃 Aromas
Lifted and expressive, revealing blackcurrant, cassis and dark plum layered with tobacco leaf, cedar and subtle smoky French oak. Hints of mint, spice and dark chocolate add further Clare Valley Cabernet complexity.

👅 Palate
Medium to full-bodied and richly flavoured, delivering concentrated cassis, blackberry and plum fruit supported by savoury leafiness, spice and fine oak integration. The palate is smooth and generous while maintaining excellent structure and balance throughout.

🍈 Texture & Finish
Fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity provide excellent structure and flow. The finish is long, plush and persistent with lingering dark fruits, cedar, spice and subtle savoury notes.

A beautifully balanced Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon combining ripe fruit intensity, savoury complexity and polished structure. Approachable now yet capable of rewarding further cellaring.
