A cool climate Pinot Gris, majority sourced from the Woodvale vineyard in the Skillogallee Valley. The 2016 vintage period was like riding a roller coaster, starting with a heatwave in early January, heavy rain in late January then thankfully a beautifully cool finish to the season and during the harvest period. Tasting Note Our 2017 Pinot Gris, despite being slightly off dry, retains a fine acid line and structure, the cooler site and growing conditions contributing to the wines freshness and overall complexity.
