Categories: ,

Mirabeau was created by a British family who are living their longstanding dream of making rosé wine in France. In 2009, after 10 years of talking about it, Stephen and Jeany Cronk decided to swap their lives in London for a new beginning as wine producers in Provence.
Since then Mirabeau has collected some of the most highly recognised awards in the industry and the wines are available in prestigious locations in 50 countries. Provence Rosé has become one of the iconic beverages of our time and the brand is proud to be considered as one of the top producers from the region.
Mirabeau Classic 2019 combines the fresh red fruit flavours of the Syrah grape with the citrusy and herbaceous elements typical of Grenache. The result is a lovely rosé that works perfectly as a refreshing aperitif, but also as a serious food wine with a variety of cuisines, from the delicate flavours of white fish to spicy Asian dishes.
With its intense violet-pink hues and lavish aromas, expressive red berry fruit remains the essence of this bestselling rosé. Mirabeau Classic has a beautiful concentration, with strawberry and raspberry flavours taking centre stage, balanced by fresh acidity and leading to a sumptuous finish with notes of redcurrant and pear.
A perfect aperitif for an alfresco moment, it’s also great with flavoursome food, or drink it as we do in Provence, anytime and with almost anything!
Mirabeau comes from some of the best, high-altitude vineyards in the Provence appellation. The slopes of Mont Sainte Victoire provide cool nights which help lengthen the ripening period and maintain the fresh acidity, which is the hallmark of
an excellent Provence Rosé.
All our grapes are night-harvested and the maceration and fermentation is temperature controlled to exacting standards. Our bottling is carried out at the most modern, high-tech facility in Provence and the wines are stored in a temperature controlled warehouse. Our plethora of awards are evidence of our attention to detail at every step of the winemaking process.
