🍷 Appearance
Deep crimson with rich ruby and purple hues. Bright and inviting in the glass, showing excellent depth and youthful concentration.
👃 Aromas
Generous and expressive, with ripe plum and inky blackberry complemented by coffee, dark chocolate and fragrant violet. Subtle herbal spice adds classic Cabernet character and further complexity.
👅 Palate
Rich and mouth-filling, delivering juicy plum and dark berry flavours with layers of coffee and chocolate. Merlot provides softness and generosity through the mid-palate, beautifully balancing the firmer structure of Cabernet Sauvignon.
🍈 Texture & Finish
Medium to full-bodied with soft, textured tannins and excellent length. The palate is smooth and generous, finishing with lingering blackberry, plum, dark chocolate and savoury herbal spice.
🍇 Overall Style
A classic Clare Valley Cabernet Merlot combining generous dark fruit with softness, structure and excellent drinkability. The wine was matured for 24 months in French oak before the final parcels were selected and blended, adding complexity while retaining its vibrant fruit character.
🍽️ Food Pairing
Perfect with slow-roasted lamb shoulder, grilled steak, beef casserole, venison or other game meats. Its combination of rich fruit and supple tannins also makes it an excellent partner for hearty pasta dishes and mature cheeses.

A deliciously generous Clare Valley red offering ripe plum and blackberry fruit with coffee, dark chocolate, violet and subtle herbal spice. Soft, textured tannins make it wonderfully approachable, while the Cabernet provides enough structure and length to give the wine real character. An excellent everyday Cabernet Merlot with plenty of flavour and drinking appeal.
