Highly aromatic and precise, with lifted lime blossom, lemon zest and fresh citrus complemented by green apple and delicate white floral notes. A subtle mineral character adds complexity and definition.

Pure, vibrant and finely focused, with intense lime, lemon and crisp green apple flavours. The fruit is beautifully concentrated, supported by a lively line of natural acidity and a distinctive mineral edge.

Light-bodied and beautifully structured, with a fine, almost crystalline texture. Mouth-watering acidity drives a long, clean finish with lingering lime, citrus zest and subtle stony minerality.
